'Beauty - The Real Picture' program has been developed for senior primary girls and is most
commonly delivered to groups of approximately 15-40 students at one time. However, smaller or
larger groups of students can be accommodated.
The in-school program consists of three separate sessions that run for one hour, with each session focusing

The program is flexible and can be delivered a number of ways. Schools can choose to run the program during school hours over three weeks or as a day or part day program. Alternatively, the program can be offered to students as an optional extra curricular activity. The program would be conducted after school hours, generally between 3-4pm for three consecutive weeks.

tween talk workshops
The Tween Talk Workshops have been developed for girls in Year 4-6. There are currently
five workshops to choose from, and all workshops can be tailored to suit the particular age group.
The four workshop topics are:

Generally speaking, the workshops will be delivered as a half day program (totalling approximately three hours) or as three seperate sessions, offered over three consecutive weeks (approximately one hour per week).
Alternatively, the program can be offered to students as an optional extra curricular activity. The program would be conducted after school hours, generally between 3-4pm for three consecutive weeks. A minimum number of students is required to deliver as an after-school program.

Just be YOU! Workshop
Our 'Just Be YOU!' workshop is delivered to girls in Year 3 and/or Year 4. This workshop has
been developed to introduce the idea of self-esteem and self-confidence to our younger pre-teens.
During this workshop we will cover:

What self-confidence feels and looks like;

Offer simple tools to help improve self-esteem;

Understand the importance of not comparing themselves to others;

Most importantly we will explore with the participants what makes each individual special and unique.
Offered as a in-school program, the workshop can be delivered as a half day workshop or over three weeks consecutive weeks.
