Payment-in-full must be received during the online registration process to secure a place
on a workshop.

Information collected from the Registration process such as names and contact details are
used by Head Start Psychology to make a record of participants for the upcoming
workshops. Contact information such as email addresses and phone numbers are used to
make contact with registered participants as necessary.

Information collected from the registration process will not be passed on to any third
parties.

Payment from credit cards will be processed securely and no card details are stored.

Once your payment has been accepted online you will be emailed a receipt confirming
the participants place on the workshop.

You will be emailed a ticket, however in will not be necessary to bring this to the workshop. We will have a record of all participants registered for the workshop.

Parents/guardians will be required to sign their child in and out of the event.

All workshop tickets are non-refundable. Head Start Psychology is not responsible for change of mind, changes in personal circumstances or illness. We will offer a credit note that is valid for two (2) years. This credit note can be used on the same or any other workshop. Any discrepancies in the price of ticket is the responsibility of the participant. If you wish to access a credit note for a missed workshop, you must contact Head Start Psychology in writing before the commencement of the workshop you have registered for. If you do not make contact prior to the commencement of this workshop, we will consider the participant a 'no show' and no credits will be offered.

Head Start Psychology will not refund a workshop payment unless the workshop is cancelled or postponed by us. In such cases, a full refund will be offered. Alternatively, you can choose a credit note to the value of the workshop which is to be used for a future workshop.

If a participant is unhappy with the workshop they are welcome to contact Head Start Psychology to discuss the matter.

The participants will be expected to remain in the workshop area as directed by Head Start Psychology staff. Participants will not be permitted to leave the workshop area as they will not be supervised.

Head Start Psychology reserves the right to request a participant to leave a workshop if they are disruptive or are displaying inappropriate behaviour towards Head Start Psychology staff or other participants. In such circumstances a parent/guardian will be contacted and will be asked to collect the participant immediately.

You will automatically be signed up to receive email correspondence from Head Start Psychology, regarding any upcoming or new workshops. You will be able to Unsubscribe from this list at any time.
